I’m looking to do this deal with a partner and to finance with an FHA loan under one of our names, and live in a unit as a house hack.

No flip, no brrrr, no house hacking, not doing my own prop management...building longer term wealth higher priority ro me than short term cash flow...also have 2 or 3 markets in mind.

I'm a renter in LA with one out of state investment SFR.After months of research and vetting options, I've decided to pursue a small MF house hack in Los Angeles as my next deal. 

Since this is only our first investment property which by the way we'll be house hacking.

Own my home in SF with some income from the inlaw - it's a semi-hack.

I just started my first house hack on a duplex in Denver.

Given my job limitations and since I'm planning to house hack I unfortunately can only go as far as a NY Suburb near NYC.
