Deciding on how to get started...

Good afternoon BP family,

I have been researching and planning on strategies and feel ready for the next step. I have a 4-unit property in mind, and am ready to make an offer. I'm looking to do this deal with a partner and to finance with an FHA loan under one of our names, and live in a unit as a house hack. We want to limit our risk, and transfer the property over to an LLC once purchased. Few questions:

1. Does this seem like a good strategy?

2. Should the LLC be formed prior to the purchase of the home?

3. Should we form the LLC online and have an attorney/CPA review it, or have them form it.

Any other advice or help would be much appreciated. Thank you!!!
