it paid for them to inflate values, hence the crooks are barely hanging on now... what is nice about RE is that everything is stored for future reference and sooner or later all of the crooks will have to pay for their dirty deeds... you can run, but you cannot hide... forever!!!

Sometimes the seats get a track thru them,,then they eat faucet washers faster than you can put them inIf it is washerless and probably a cartridge type,,its toss and replace AFTER taking old stuff to store to get new identical parts,,,then buy all other o rings also if there are any in the seal the cavity covers.

Someone (Kiyosaki, maybe) said that real estate is a great way to store cash.But one (usually) makes that cash in other ways, principally through a successful business (or writing bestsellers like Kiyosaki).Twenty grand won't go far in REI, but there are plenty of ways to scale that amount up significantly, and they've been touched upon here and there on BP.Good luck.
