Starting out with cash and decent credit
For those new investors or people trying to get back in, what are some good ways to get started in Real Estate Investing with approximately 20K to work with and a credit score over 720?

Chris,
I would estimate that it would be a tough road for you to go full time right now. I would recommend that you look for work.
20K will not go very far.
I have not found that real estate is a get rich quick proposition.
You might be able to make that happen but I think most of the posters here would tell you to be a little more conservative and build a business for the long haul.
You will need to generate cash so wholesaling or flipping are probably the immediate skills that you want to master.
Good luck
Chris
