I know if I saw something posted by some people, I would believe 100% of what they posted because they have impeccable reputations both on here and in the real life market place...and there are others as soon as they post something I wouldnt touch it with a ten foot pole even if it looked like a legit deal.

I wouldn't touch 99% of properties out there with a 100 foot pole.

Following gurus will put you on the wrong path off on the wrong foot.

It's a good way to get your foot in the door.

The 9-1/2 foot ceilings give them a nice feel and the floor plans are open and spacious with island kitchens, walk-in closets, and huge bedrooms and bathrooms. 

As of now, I'm clueless when it comes to the process of real estate investing, and I'm really looking for a way to get started with the right foot forward.

Often, offering assistance at no cost will help you get a foot in the door with someone else already doing it successfully.

I actually have no  money of my own at this  time, my mentor/investor will be  doing the purchasing, I am doing the foot work, however, for every property  I bring my investor/mentor he will bless me with a percentage.

Depending on the part of town, rents can range from as low as $400/mo. for a one bedroom, all the way up to $2.00 per square foot in the right parts of downtown (right near the water/Vinoy come to mind...)
