Speaking to a Realtor ...

Okay, listening to Josh and Brandon advocating to take action, so I did, however, not approaching this Journey alone, I have a great mentor and a Great Investor. I have taken the initial step as partnering with my Investor/Mentor to start finding him some vacant properties and short sales, etc. I approached a Realtor, although he hasn't provided any investment properties yet, since he wants to talk to me about our goals, he is requesting verification of funds? Isn't that something we provide at the time of starting a contract?

Any answers will be welcomed.

If he's a serious/good realtor and you're wanting him to submit a TON of lowball, shortsale, vacant offers he wants to know that you guys are actually well capitalized. In investment Real Estate it's pretty typical to ask for it.
