Of course it's going to depend on the deals you find, but if I were doing it, I would simply run the numbers on each deal, and whichever produces the highest amount of cash flow I'd go with.

Numerous times throughout the past few years, I've strongly considered taking the 90-hour course/exam to earn my license here in Indiana, but have heard mixed opinions from local agents on whether or not it would be feasible, beneficial, profitable, etc.I currently have a W2 job as Controller of a midsize beer wholesaler that I do not plan to leave any time soon.

Debt is easy to come by and still great rates, but of course the market prices are high in the areas you are familiar with which makes cash flowing the properties difficult.

Account Closed Multiple buildings on a single parcel is very common, but does not fit into the State Farm box very well.Other insurance carriers write a single policy with 9 buildings listed.

Anything beyond that is usually entertainment and heavily edited to fit in a nice 30 or 60 minute viewing slot and has a producer setting up/staging the "drama" that we see unfold during the show.
