My home is less then 10 years old and the community is still appealing to the incoming students, but I worry that may change.Help: I would love to hear some advice about renting in high turnover environments and some input on whether renting next to a military base is a sound investment or if I should aim for the more distant surrounding communities in my future investments. 

Also, being able to park in a driveway and walk in to the property without going to an elevator....Then this is all you had to say.. you sometimes need a business or family friendly environment.

So all that worry over nothing.Regarding the Maryland Department of the Environment's website where I had to register, that site hates Firefox.

If I'm not able to assume the loan I'll contact some bigger fish and see if they're interested in buying the property cash.

But I don't think she has the investing sense that I need (for example, jumping on a property super fast in a competitive environment).  

This means when construction progresses to inside work, I can provide the environment for all the trades to work effectively.

Be able to live off of passive income like so many of you have successfully done and spend time with family, continue Army life in reserves, and fishing :) 

If you don't have an investment that is going to make more than the loan interest rate it is a good way to spend the cash flow in this yield starved environment. 

I love to fish and thought about purchasing a "fishing cabin" near the Kenai peninsula near Ninilchik, Anchor Point, or Homer areas near the ocean or river.
