My home is less then 10 years old and the community is still appealing to the incoming students, but I worry that may change.Help: I would love to hear some advice about renting in high turnover environments and some input on whether renting next to a military base is a sound investment or if I should aim for the more distant surrounding communities in my future investments.

Also, being able to park in a driveway and walk in to the property without going to an elevator....Then this is all you had to say.. you sometimes need a business or family friendly environment.
