Assuming a foreclosure. Help.

Hey Bigger pockets! I'm trying to save a veteran from foreclosure. She is 8grand behind on payments. The total amount due is 55,094.74, ARV 110k. Does anyone have experience with talking to banks to stop the process, I understand I need to threeway call with my client. I'll be doing that Monday. I am trying to assume the loan after paying off the amount owed. Any tips or things to keep in mind? The property is in TN. Thank you Anthony D. Johnson

@Anthony Johnson Got it! Very nice. Why not take the loan over Subject-To, rather than assuming it?
