One of the tenant insist they have legal right stay there as M2M tenant ( still enjoy paying $300/mo below market rate) because it is legal 4 families and landlord can't ask them move out even owner occupied or landlord family move in as reason to ask them move out.Please BP nation help us on the situation to deal with the problematic tenant.  

Hello, I live in the Atlanta metro area want to run by my situation.

This is an interesting situation but it is also going to be a great learning experience for when I’m going to be a property owner.

We've run into a situation where the listing agent for a house has yet to respond to questions I submitted through my realtor.

Keeping the local cops appraised of any developing situations is always wise.

The tenants are willing to offer last months rent as well at move-in as an added incentive to compensate for their particular situation.

Obviously, no contract covers 100% of all situations. 

The key is to work with someone who can come up with a strategic plan to target the correct banks and lenders based on our specific situation and goals instead throwing applications at a wall and hoping for the best.

Lack of income, or a history of evictions.Any suggestions on what could help this situation are appreciated.
