Hey Guys,Just joined the community and I'm hoping to get some advice from anyone with expertise in the field :).I currently own a triplex in Ontario (Niagara Region), with an investment partner.

When my clients find their own FSBO and want me to walk them through the deal we negotiate a fair compensation for my time and expertise.  

Before working with others, be sure to get hard proof that they are actually knowledgeable or have expertise in the area you are looking for a partner in.
