This is a lame excuse, but as modules continued to unlock, I found it hard to sit down and watch them (my problem).- I also didn't like how many of the initial modules were focused on setting up a website and web-based services.

He knew we were getting the homes through assignment and a lot of questions and concerns should have been dealt with him directly instead of speaking through the wholesaler.The owner didn’t have a current lease with the one tenant and came up with an excuse for not getting us their security deposit. 

What excuse does he have for not handling this?

If you don't apply 2 coats any touch-ups you do in the later years will be noticeable....and I have heard all the painter excuses and "thick coat" arguments.

While it's rare, we have seen this happen with a few tenants (especially those who are habitually late and have a different excuse each time).

You are really looking for someone that doesn't make excuses or feels entitled that the system owes them something.

And, if I'm reading this right, the judge thought it best that the child should stay with this lunatic excuse for a fit mother?

Sometimes before even asking a specific question, they will start rambling a rehearsed excuse story on their credit, previous landlord troubles, job losses, etc.
