Renter late on Payments

I own 32 bedrooms in 8 units in Tallahassee, FL.  For the first time, I have a renter who is three months late and not being responsive to property manager's calls.

What recommendations do y'all have for me?  I am working now to get attorney letter to the late renter, as well as the Lease Guarantor.

Thank you in advance.

Sam

@Sam Adcock

3 months???? Evict

Post notice on door and send one priority mail to both gaurantor and tenant.

Then proceed with eviction. My rental experience taught me to move swiftly once rent is 4 days late and there is no communication. Remove them and get someone in that will hold up his/her end of the lease. Get them out before they possibly destroy your place.
