Then if they want to add a roommate they pay an extra $100? 

If the account gets low then each throws in an extra $5K (or whatever you decide) to boost the balance back up.

Extra bathrooms and bedrooms not permitted.

Never present a preliminary design to a contractor. spend extra time and money on design so you do not get hit with a ton of extras.

They are basically being extra nasty because they are upset --- about whatever and they certainly could have any number of motives. 

She definitely goes the extra mile and it paid off!

This isn't cheap, but 15k today to save an extra 30k in taxes over the next couple of years could be very worth it!

It’s not worth much extra to have a 15-25 year life versus a 15 year life.
