@Joel Hafoka, glad you enjoyed the REAPS meeting last night. 

I enjoyed the class, but felt it was a rush job.

I enjoy managing houses and understand that my greatest assets are my tenants not the properties.

I will be in the home for about 5 years and I plan on purchasing another home and renting this property out so it has to be a place I enjoy and can eventually rent out.

From conducting my own research and hearing first hand stories, I knew that real estate would be the key to living a life where I am in control of my destiny, financial health, time, and freedom.Getting started isn't easy as I have a full time job with many questions and lessons to learn, however, in the end it will be worth it as I plan on passing on my knowledge to the next generation and enjoy life the way that I was meant to.It is one small step in my life to stand up and introduce myself to you here in this community, and one giant leap to change not only my life but also those around me with similar mindsets.  

I've already read a few of those books and I really enjoy the rich dad series.

I'm glad you enjoyed the conference!

My advice even though you didn't ask, is to start off slow and make sure real estate investing is something that you're going to enjoy, be good at, make money at and have a true desire to be apart of.
