Nashville is a strong market right now from what I understand so I imagine your upgrades added some decent value to your home.

I will be happy here with no modifications.The landlord will not agree to upgrades just fixing normal maintenance..I get this requests all the time from elderly women tenants who seem to have idle minds and just going nuts improving a place.

I paid $67k and put another $20k worth of repairs and upgrades.
