Just thought I'd clarify the situation a little further.I think the rental market is strong here; the house is two blocks from the college (not that college kids are always the best target market, either) and just from driving around and watching FOR RENT signs and the newspaper it looks like there is a fairly high occupancy rate.Thank you very much for your quick response - I will continue to do research and figure out my options.Josh

I think you would be waaaay better off to have a website keyword targeted for your area and then feature the homes on subpages.

This may lengthen your market time and may not save you anything in the long run.Also my experience has been that potential buyers who respond or target FSBO properties do so because they think they will get "a deal" without an agent involved.

There are offers similar to mine, but none that are cash like mine.This is my first offer and I have the jitters, but the numbers are real good and the neighborhood is a LOT nicer than the areas I'm targeting.
