@Mike Alder  good luck I grew up in the business.. must watch movie for any land man is Glenn Garry Glen ross... you will see how all these lots you want to buy were created in the first place.land game dates back to just after the turn of the century  ( not 2000) when promoters went through the US creating mega subdivisions prior to any state or federal land development rules.. so you have all these old tracks and the parcels have been traded for 100 plus years.. lost at tax sale bought by someone like you or my dad.. resold on terms  those folks default or lose to tax's and the cycle repeats.Florida created massive subdivisions to attract residence's since no one wanted to live in swamps and such.. think Le High and Coral Gables..  

That was the year I started to really work on developing my mindset.

Upon that conclusion, I have developed a plan.

There is a lot of money here that is betting on the stability of our market, future development, and appreciation.It's a balance that depends on my strategy.

Hello,I am wondering the best way to find a contact investors and/or property developers for larger scale projects.

When everything has reached a critical mass phase on new development across all sectors of real estate then a downturn is imminent.We are not close to that happening in this current cycle from what I am seeing.

It's a process and have to develop new relationships.

The Kingston city planners are trying to develop the place as  somewhere other artists want to live.  

You might get a partner with which you split all the work with, including boots on the ground, etc.What seems to have worked for me in the past is developing a relationship with a local person, who can give you good background on the area and the housing trends.
