I think its unrealistic for individuals who cant buy a few million dollars worth to think this is some type of retirement strategy. 

I have not had Voucher tenants before, I am thinking about asking double deposit as they are not making employment and salary criteria.

I think its a faster connection when they see email from FF rather than reaching out directly at first.

@Dean Valadez you are correct in your thinking.

As I mentioned before talk to a lender but I don't think you'll have a problem buying a single family down the line if you own a mutil first.

Think about when you have taken tests and you are just not sure as several answers seem correct... that's because you read all the answers, wrong ones too.I've done this on three Big test (one being RE Licence) I finish the fastest, the scorer tells me to make sure and take more time, I say I don't need to, then this person tells me I aced the test.You'll thank me.

However, it’s usually the borrower’s who think they’re somehow paying more interest, not the lenders who somehow feel they’re receiving less.

I think there are multiple things going on, but mostly I think it is the economy.
