Not sure what you mean by too early.I’d still buy pre-foreclosure if a seller contacted me; we just don’t target market for those anymore.

@Tiffanie Harris you can typically bring the claim as a representative of the Trust but you need to contact your local district court and see if they have any special rules.

Then it became more and more with her contacting me to complain.

To find lenders I googled “real estate portfolio loan” and had about a dozen hits come up that I contacted.
