STRs should have lots of margin, so you can absorb the ebbs and flows of them.By the way, you can self-manage your property without doing the cleaning etc. yourself - there's lots of tools to assist with that and all you need is a good, reliable cleaner, a handyman, and a system!  

Also check for cleaning and other fees listed.  

Hopefully, you are providing a clean, safe, habitable property.They are adults, and they can work this dispute out among themselves.

If you go FHA at second place the case number sticks on the house, and the file can be cleaned up but probably not at lender where you are today.
