Just a quick introduction: I've been following "Biggerpockets" forums for few years now and finally decided to jump in and start to contribute a little more.Born and raised in Poland, emigrated to US little over 12 years ago.I've been "studying" real estate investing for over 5 years now and finally decided to pull the trigger and actually do something.Started looking for investment properties last month and I'm currently in the middle of my first marketing campaign (flipping)Just want to quickly thank all of you guys that contribute to "Biggerpockects" - what a well of knowledge this forum is!

The City of Orlando's Historic Planning Board will decide if the building is a contributing structure and that will determine if the building can be demolished... although exceptions have been made in the name of revitalization.

So, what does the mentee look for, could be a warm body if they have money, I'd say as your money and ability to contribute on that front declines your ability to perform on other fronts will need to increase.
