meet-up.com, facebook.com, myspace.com get on these site and leave a blog on what you objective are. try to become everyone friends that are in the rei business.try to gather as many business card that you can or email and create an email list on buyers, investor, anyone in the business. once you get a deal shot them an email even to the investor that dont buy wholesale deals, tell them if they find you buyer there a referral fee.
