Guaranteed Rent Payment Programs?
Has anyone run across or been or is involved with a guaranteed rent payment program and how does it really work? I'm assuming that if a company pays the rent for an owner during a vacancy, they (the company) get it back when the vacancy is filled and the owner receives little or nothing during the months he/she is paying back the payments during the vacancy. Or is there something I'm missing?
