This is the tactic used by the political class, believing themselves intellectually superior to the morons who elect them, to divide Americans and build voter blocks.

These houses are really nice, in a great area of town with amazing views, and they are about 2 blocks from where I live.

They took out a mortgage in 2010 for what the property is worth now, I know the owner owns & lives in a house one block in from the beach, I know his 60 y/o daughter lives close by me and she is the one that I'm going to contact first.

Those times are down the street-just not sure of the # of blocks down the street!

It is the biggest house on the block with the biggest yard, new hvac, new roof and decking, etc.. but others have sold within days for 65k+ and mine hasn't been seen.
