you will need to align yourself with a private lender that understands your business needs, goals and aspirations and that can assist you to fund your deals effectively and also position you and your business to keep growing.   

There are many private lenders out there not "BIG BANKS" that will be able to assist you.

We are curious, can we turn the 3 down stairs units into Assisted living units or potentially one large assisted living space(there are doors adjoining all three units)?
