Happy Friday all! I am Larry and currently live in Tampa FL (actually Brandon) and I am new to RE. My experience is limited to reading and attending seminars, its time to invest in my first property. I was introduced to this forum by a couple I met at a seminar I attended about a month ago. Looking forward to communicating with everyone and learning. My professional background is retired military and currently a Federal employee with the Air Force as a Human Resources Supervisor.
