Service animals are NOT pets and must be accepted so be very careful if someone approaches with a service pet.

If you have a lot of natural or bright light you'll probably end up doing two coats.

Family and friends will sugar coat things sometimes.7) Don't be CHEAP.

Later, I discovered that tan color really helps to hide stuff.I have a rental where I painted EVERYTHING white....three to four coats in areas because of grease, crayon marks, etc.
