I don't know much about the west valley however I would suspect that someone willing to invest almost 300K would do it in Tempe, Scottsdale or Central phoenix.

The property that we currently have our eye's set on is in the town of West Tremont/Bernard and is hugging the Bass Harbor coast.

I think a big reason why NB looks good is because the maritimes are thought of as not a good place to invest because of the economy isn’t as good as out west, but this is why it is so good here.

I eventually want to get into some vacation rentals once I have a foundation in place though, such as west Florida.

Is this property on the east or west side? 

in this last buying cycle. a  45 unit solid B to A class in a major metro area  for cash just under 2 mila small rural mid west park of 16 lots sold for 140k on terms.a 18  unit and 2 stick build rentals in a 200k population city with full services but older single wides sold 525k on terms. 

I just read up on vehicle fortress in South West Florida and their model seems interesting so spaces like South Florida where there is money for cars but little place to store or display them.
