What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The price was right and Detroit is an up and coming market.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal on Zillow. The property was an REO and I submitted a fair offer that I believed would be competitive with other submitted offers.

How did you add value to the deal?

I am currently rehabbing the property.
