It will save you thousands of dollars.I had a neighbor not respond to a lawsuit and he lost his restaurant and house as a result and had a million dollar judgement in addition.

@Meagan Yednock is right there is a lot of activity going on in the retail, restaurant/bar space places like GrndSqrl, Kitchen in the Desert and I've heard of two new coffee shops and a few new restaurants coming soon, I think someone bought The Fine Line.

I did purchase land in the past but all the development plans were completed already.My plan is to buy in a location that would lend itself to a bank, chain restaurant, drug store, etc. 

Speaking of which- I graduated from Belmont University in Nashville back in 2015.My wife just sent me a link to all the local hot spot restaurants in the Pensacola area, it's crazy how much it's changed these last few years... 

Large complexes like this usually bring a large influx in restaurants and retail.

Ok here's my situationI'm a 21 year old college student and work at a restaurant where I made roughly $10k last year.

So there are a couple of cool things that'll be happening to Little Village.http://chicago.curbed.com/2017/3/15/14935330/chica...El Paseo Trail2nd class Restaurants being put into 26th Street (Panda Express)Apart from business and development, the way i see it is that residents of Pilsen are being pushed out due to gentrification and my prediction is that they relocate to Little Village.

I have a restaurant on the square in Canton, TX, and other EDC's visit to recruit us to come to their towns.  

The only indication I could see for potential growth in the area is the recent construction and opening of popular restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, Chilis, etc) and the rebuilding of Dundalk Ave streets and sidewalks.

I love traveling, wine tasting, and exploring new restaurants.
