Hello from a Newbie from Austin, Texas

Hi everyone! I found myself here by searching for investment opportunities in Austin. I am just starting my research and am particularly interested in warehouse spaces (would love insight from anyone on this) and also have been looking at a few building for sale in old historic town squares near the growing Austin area.  My goal is to get knowledgable on these two ventures and start planning something in the next 6 months... Hope to learn from y'all.
