This winter, my tenant vacated, then my wife and I both got sick, and fortunately, landscape company was located in town, and I called to have then come by to shovel the snow after 2 large snowstorms.That's why when I rented to my new tenants last month, I explained I have a landscaping company take care of the lawn already.

If he is requesting a repair or compalining about something that is not urgent in nature respond with something like "thank you for letting us know about the issue and when we are in the area in the near future we will come out and take a look.Now, if he is just plain talking down to you, just tell him how things are going to be moving forward and that although you appreciate him looking after the home, paying rent on time, etc that he needs to show a little more respect to you regardless of your age.I am in my mid 30's now, but started investing in my early 20's so I know exactly what you are dealing with because I still deal with it on occassion.

I know many "Bush pilots," I have taken 260 mile boat trips, 300 mile snow machine trips, camped on the Yukon River at -30 below zero, goose hunted from a SNOWMOBILE in may with no snow on the ground, cought 50LB king salmon in a net, excess of 50 whitefish in a net at one time and caught  6lb trout on rod and reel.
