It also affords us a convenient way to charge-back water and sewer on the SFRs as this utility must remain in the name of the owner.We have a few other perks like the "Take Me Home" card:  an arrangement with a local self storage facility which provides our tenants with a discount; we have similar arrangements with other local businesses and are working on a programme to be used with the electronic parking metres in the City.
