Hey everyone, I'm a software developer in The Nashville area and I'm looking into REI as an opportunity for some side income.

Real estate is unlike any other wealth creation vehicle being an active real estate investor.In the last 12-months, I have used none of my own capital but yet have increased by net worth by $22 million dollars.In the past, I have been an angel investor in Hollywood companies, software tech companies, and CleanTech companies.

You will then get a call a week later to sell the you the software and counseling sessions for 4-5k.Never do anything in a rush or when you are emotionally charged. 

It can be time consuming to publish to all these when you have a vacancy (figure about 30 minutes each posting descriptions, pictures, etc) or ideally your property management software will let you put the info in once and publish to them all with one click.

I currently own a home in Larkspur which is about 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge.I currently work full time as a Revenue Accounting Manager for a software company in San Francisco, and am just now beginning my real estate investment education.  

Does any experienced investor know of any book keeping software specifically geared towards real estate flipping ?

I saw some posting about property management software. but it looked to me that it was very large scale property management operations.
