Fortune 500 and growing like mad, plus their product will on be in more demand as our economy drifts back to normal.With that being said I have no idea what their Facilities Department is like, or what it would be like to have them as a tenant.

There's a method to their madness. 

It's a bit of a mad house in there.

After talking to some of them I know what's happening.Being a dead end street, the waste trucks back into the street, then the driver - in order to minimize work, pulls the carts from 3, 4, 5 properties to the side of the truck, hit the button to have the lift empties the cart one by one, and when it's done, he drives off. 

In August, my property was hit by a drunk driver.  

Lock one bedroom as "yours", rent the rest of the house and put everything (utilities, taxes, drivers license) on the address but live somewhere else.

If that isn’t a cab driver giving stock advice moment, I don’t know what is. - Also the $6T in the economy won’t have as much as an impact as one would think since a lot of it is meant to provide liquidity to keep the gears turning in this beast we call an economy.

Perhaps the property could achieve a 1.2% rent-to-value, but the turnkey company sells it for another $3,000 more because it hits the 1% rule exactly and that is the demand driver?   

He would pick up about 6 of them in our van.. then drive them many times to SF or Oakland and they would get about 3k pieces out a day... this turned into hiring a foreman for lack of better words who was the boss and driver.. this lead to 3 of those guys and 3 vans out .. this lead to more leads than he could handle and the number one salesmen in the orginizatin within 2 years and his own company in 3...

I'm not 100% sure what they expect, but I find it pretty funny that they're mad people want to drink and have sex on their vacations.
