Updated about 11 years ago,
1 year O.O. rule apply to Renting as
it does to when you can sell your house ? I'm getting ready to purchase my furst property , with the intention of Renting the property and cash flowing the differnce between my PITI monthly payment and what I can rent it for. Then, rinse, wash repeat to the next property.
My main question is, since i'll be an O.O. , I know the law states that I have to live there for 1 year, before I can sell the property, but does the same rule apply, as to when I can Rent the property ?
Thanks for the help and input BP community - Michael
