July and August are not the best months to golf or hike in Phoenix. lolOf course, this doesn't address the concerns in the article and is not a projection of what happens in 10-20 or 30 years.Having been an agent/broker in the Phoenix market for over 20 years I do see a trend towards the newer developments that offer far more than golf.

If you would like a more formal document you can just create a Google document with the address/tenant information and update it every month the tenant makes a payment and share it with them.

I know they're electric too but should be more efficient and better at heating the space. im thinking I need to address the basement first though since it's completely uninsulated and pretty exposed but before I can do that would need to address the water issue,sill plate and probable repointing and some kind of paint treatment.
