However, if it is less then 80 square feet and it doesn't have a closet I would argue it isn't a bedroom.As far as renting, people would definitely rent these but it is seen as a negative.

But then again, I can already argue with myself that I would probably be better off picking up a smaller deal to gain that experience gradually.

That statement has sparked a months long inspection of my local market, and I'm coming up with little to argue against the logic. 

I would argue the Killeen - Temple Area is a tertiary market to the Austin metro.

And couldn't one argue that if rents have remained low, there is the POTENTIAL that they'll go up to get in-line with surrounding areas?

I don't have a ton of actual data to argue my position, so take it all with a grain of salt.

ABC companies keeps taking out loans for real estate transactions.... how do they find them, can you get a finders fee for bringing them... things like that#2-Hustle..... if you want to get anywhere near your goal, you have no choice but to live it.
