I could use your help. 

I'm starting up my wholesaling business and the first box I want to check is finding a wholesaler-friendly title company. 

If anyone knows of a group that's familiar/comfortable with purchase agreement assignments and ABC closings please send their info my way.

    Check out Aaron Abstract Co in Blue Bell. Janene is my go to on all of my stuff, and has done some wholesale deals for me.
