The first, best and most practical book ever written about real estate investing was first published 65 years ago.

After finding some great information on the forums while searching the Web, it looks like this is the place I need to be.

Books self published on websites seem a little sketch to me because of this. 

I was applying and about to pay for a mentor in Phil Pustejovsky’s mentor program until I read some reviews in the web that brought me to BP.

Or take @Jeff Bridges suggestion (nice web site referral Jeff :) and position the properties so that they pass to you upon your fathers death. 

If they do not collect interest, the IRS will say they should have and use a published rate as interest income they should have received.
