Before, I pull the trigger I wanted to hear from others.

I have several rentals, but have not been able to pull the trigger on any flips because of lack of contractors and the risk associated with rehabbing property in flooded neighborhoods.

We looked at a couple properties at the Granby Ranch ski area which triggered a couple more questions.  

., learning about the different places to get public information on a property (never knew I could pull records on a property without an attorney before), getting estimates on inspections and repairs, and a slew of other due diligence & closing cost type things.I'm the type of person that needs to know the major steps needed before pulling the trigger on something major.

But I'm thinking that could trigger a due on sale.

You can't transfer properties into an LLC easily without possibly triggering a due on sale clause.

You'll know what to expect down the line when you're ready to pull the trigger.

However, because Roth 401k funds are deemed employee contributions, they generally cannot be transferred to a ROTH IRA until the participant reaches age 59 1/2 or is no longer self-employed (known as triggering events).
