Hey there, new to the site and thought I would introduce myself.

Currently in the Greater Saint Louis area, but I have a property in Holts Summit, MO and one in Saint Charles, MO.

Not particularly sure what I'm looking for at the moment, but having purchased my first property only one and a quarter years ago I still have much to learn.

I'm currently going the Buy and Hold route with the ultimate goal of attaining enough passive income to retire, preferably sooner rather than later.

@David Hale Welcome to BP! I always suggest that you head out there and go to some REI meetups to try and get your bearings. They're one of the best resources you can find, whether you're just starting out or a veteran investor. Since you're not entirely sure what you're after at this point that will give you a chance to talk to active investors and see what strategies are working in this area. After that I'd say dig deep here on BP: podcasts, books, blogs, forum, etc.

Hope that helps some, feel free to reach out if you'd like to talk shop.

Cheers!
Peter
