If the cameras are going to alert them every time someone is coming over and they are going to bother you about who is there and why, I would suggest looking into more traditional cameras that are recording/transmitting without sending alerts.

So it would be ill advised to not report certain expenses for the sole purpose of meeting underwriting requirements.

I really hope its not just cell, haha yellow pages just gives the land line -_-  @David Dachtera thats a good app too, but i meant the other persons phone would go to voicemail so they way they think they missed it and the motivated or curious people will call back But i think my whole idea got shot down if its just cell phones haha, ill have to still give it a shot on my landline. 

Much of my objection to such material is how they are presented as the cure for some ill, way to circumvent regulations, claims of success, as new and remarkable, "the secret of" and when they start saying "perfectly legal" watch out.

I emailed you my bank and payment info.2 weeks later they call back afyer numerous voice messages, texts, and emails i left out payment.Them:  ill pay the rent next week.Me:  ok great but the court process has started as soon as i get payment and the check clears ill stop it.Them:  good ill have it next week2 weeks later after they were found guilty in courtThem:  the ac doesnt workMe. :  wheres the rent money.  

It may be a little messy the way it transmitted through.

I don’t wish people ill but this LL should obey the law or get out of the business.

Sounds like you poor people are just setting yourself up to get "screwed" if you invest in the burg called "Elgin, Ill.

Darrin,  ill most likely never see true returns like this simply for one it is very difficult to even hit those figures with gross figures.
