Each time I tried to send a colleague request, I received a pop-up warning message from the site, prior to me request being sent, so my requests were not sent...What am I supposed to do to work this correctly?

I mean guys on the MLS is was listed as being 1.5 stories (whatever that is supposed to mean).

This is supposedly to reimburse the landlord (that would be me) in the event that he puts alot of work into studying an applicant, only to have them say "Oh, I found something elsewhere, nevermind".However, this deposit has ended up being very awkward in my case. 

However, most students prefer this arrangement because each tenant would have there own separate lease which specifies their single room including the common areas (kitchen, living room) and they would not be responsible financially for the portion of rent that there roommates are supposed to pay.  

I've had the atty say he wouldn't do the private lender paperwork on a bank purchase that was supposed to be cash. 

I am still asking myself, what took me so long to start investing in Real estate, but I guess things are meant to happen when they are supposed to.

So, they basically told me that I have the wrong coverage policy because it's suppose to be Rentals Insurance which basically covers the house and none of the tenants personal goods.
