The mold test that was done , the guy mentioned it could be mostly because of the air filter that has not been changed which could effect the test..I'm willing to just charge him for the deductible and let it slide, I think he has figured out that I do not take it lightly and that any thing that needs to be fixed he needs to report it and not just assume it is a one time thing...

Also, this is a good example of when a non-recourse debt may be used as it is a compliance issue with the Code.If any investors get any ideas (because they are always thinking things to death and trying to figure out how they can slide by) attempting to use non-recourse debt when it is customary for the transaction of business is accoplished with recourse debt, you will be treading very lightly on potential fraud issues, for example, you do a good talk and get investors to lend you money on a non-recourse basis when they are not "partners" or are not sharing sufficiently in any upside.
