Separate entries and all utilities are separated.On paper is actually still listed as a single family home (on paper meaning the listing). 

If your eviction papers only specify the tenant name, the police may only force her out, and then obviously the boyfriend will let her in.

They seem pretty simple from their demo but they don’t seem very informative.

Then once you receive the Court papers go pay the remaining rents directly to the court (again keep all records).

The bank wants it simple - loan in your personal name and title in your personal name.
