Not sure why, and it was very frustrating when he was turned down after a year thinking his schooling and internship would count for something.  

Also once you get to a year of rental history I would look at re-financing the property. 

I did consulting work for a car dealership about a year ago, and they were bleeding money because they were an old school, hard sell dealership.

The parking lot is paved and excessively large enough to park more than a few cars, 10 school buses can fit in the lot.

I'm not originally from Philadelphia but came here to go to school (Drexel) more than 20 years ago.  

It takes more than inner city renovations and new restaurants to improve crime and school districts. 

I went to school back in 2009 and became a certified computer repair technician in hopes of using it as a stepping stone to go back to school and formally get the education I didn't get because I didn't see the value of school then.  

Also, I'm thinking that becoming a Realestate Lawyer would greatly help in the long run but don't want to deal with school loans more than 50k-75k.
