I'm making a plan to follow as soon as we purchase our first home what all the steps will be. 

I am looking for PM who is quick in communication and diligent in making sure to take steps required to get property rented. 

we hire a biologist.. its a required report.. there are baseline studies showing the habitat locations that the next step identify and see how close we are to a major habitat..then you have the normal wet land studies traffic  etc etc. 

Now I am closing on my second home and won't be long until I pursue my next deal. 

I guess I better follow through so that I can take my first steps into investing in real estate. 

I would like to know how to refinance the house in my name alone to further pursue other properties.

On first glance, it looks like a property I should pursue; however, I’m a newbie and probably should seek the counsel of the more wise BP community.

If you are building, they are not afraid of steps; here in Nashville new 3 and 4 story homes are going in (with roof top decks) so they can fit 2 on a lot and give them a view.

Buying a property is the very last step in a very long road to successful investing.
