It is difficult for me, however, to understand her claims that her health is being adversely affected by living in a home that I know was clean and ready for a new tenant and I never was informed otherwise.I don't want to keep her as a tenant if she proves to be a difficult tenant.

For a 12-foot wide house, you are probably looking at less than 1000 square feet above grade and it will be tough to get 3 decent-sized bedrooms in that space.

That Cleveland program, some other cities have as well but that would be tough to nationally implement, tough to get cities to enforce it if you’re not paying for their staff.

Hey @Jason Wilson, you'll definitely have a tough time finding the best deals on the MLS.

This is assuming he's not doing something illegal, but that would be HARD to prove without a conviction.I had a drug runner tenant.
